How Can We Help?

Use the Google account your invitation was sent to. If sign-in was interrupted, go back to Sign in and try again. During the beta, an account without an invitation can't start a family.

After signing in, open Family setup to add each child's first name or nickname, grade and start date. Choose Bible, Spanish, the weekly activities and family life in Settings. Children you've already added are kept if you leave and come back.

From Today, open “Print today's worksheets” for one worksheet per subject, from the lesson each subject is on, or “Print tomorrow's worksheets” to get ahead with the lesson after today's in each subject. For a whole week, open Print and choose a week number: the pack has every subject's worksheets and paper quizzes for that week. Check the browser's print preview before printing.

Open the child's Roadmap and choose “Adjust subject” for that subject. Pick a week or lesson. Moving ahead doesn't mark the skipped lessons done, and going back keeps the earlier records.

Open the child's Roadmap and choose “Find starting point”. Tick what your child can already do in math, phonics and reading & writing; each subject starts at the first quarter that isn't mostly ticked, and you can check with your child using a few questions from the lessons. Science and history start where you are in the school year. Nothing is marked done, and you can move any subject later.

Use “Report a problem” at the bottom of the lesson page. Choose what's wrong and where, then describe it. The report goes to the CoveDay review list; it doesn't send an email.
