What CoveDay stores

• Your Google sign-in: your name, email address, and Google account ID. CoveDay never sees your Google password.
• Your family: the family name you choose, the adults you invite, and each child's first name (or nickname), grade, and start date.
• School progress: which lessons are done, exit-check and quiz scores, the notes you write, and any problem reports you send.

Children do not have accounts and never sign in. An adult in the family enters everything.

What CoveDay does not do

• No ads, no tracking scripts, and no selling or sharing of your data.
• Other families cannot see your children or progress.

Where it lives

On a server in Amazon Web Services (United States), over an encrypted connection. Nightly backups are encrypted and kept for 30 days.

Deleting your data

You can remove a child, and all of their progress, in Settings at any time. To delete your whole family account, ask the CoveDay admin; everything is removed, and it is gone from backups within 30 days.
